My second experience renting a boat on Lake George. Yankee was a substantially better service than my first. The initial check in was informative and made painless by the very friendly staff. The boat was top notch and had plenty of power and room for a family of 12 including the ability to send the kids flying on a double tube. The return took maybe one minute for a quick check and I was on my way. I will be renting with Yankee again.
Customer Service was top notch, took my family & two dogs out for the 4th of July. Staff gave me a run down of the lake and where to go to have the best time! Great boat, easy and seamless process!! We will certainly rent from them again when in the area.
We were so grateful Yankee had a boat available for us at the last minute when our reservation with another company fell through. Staff was very nice and helpful and the boat was great!
Family run business who are so efficient, service-oriented and very kind in all their interactions! This is the 2nd time we rented from them and it will not be the last! Thank you for allowing our families to create such beautiful memories together over the 4th of July weekend!
We had a very disappointing experience renting a boat from Yankee. The boat broke down while we were out on the water, leaving us stranded. Instead of sending someone to tow us back or offering to exchange the boat for one that actually worked, we were told to try to repair the boat ourselves.
