Matt spent 2 hrs plus with me presenting the Yankee Home philosophy and level of professionalism,craftsmanship, true customer service ethic. What a pleasure to see American pride in our work still exists. Did not commit to a new shower yet, but what a great start to my project(s).
I recently asked Matt from Yankee Home to work with me on a redesign & estimate for our main bathroom to replace the tub/shower unit with a full low walk-in shower system. Matt was so professional and patient during this process where his design expertise shined through. I have to tell that I went over to my mother’s house to be an extra set of eyes and ears because she was considering on redoing her bathroom shower. I met Theresa Fleming already talking with my mother and immediately felt at ease with how she presented herself and the company. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge she knew and how she was able to break it down so that we could understand it. She’s wonderfully personable and I feel that we are in very good hands.
Theresa was incredible design consultant. She was very knowledgeable and professional at explaining the product and letting us ask questions to make us confident in Yankee Home.
