Don Poulin and Charlie Sanborn at Yankee Ford Collision are great guys and treated me with excellent customer service during the repair of my Mach 1. I love the car and had high expectations for this repair, and despite parts delays, difficult insurance adjusters, Don kept a high level of communication with everyone and delivered, the car looks perfect! Highly recommend them and would go back.
Had an incident with my truck, Dealt with Charlie Sanborn, Had the most pleasant experience for a very stressful time! Highly recommend these guys
