Not sure I agree with previous poster that pricing should warrant one star - just don't purchase if it's too spendy - or about the facts, as I've found their grilling equipment to be priced within the normative range. But the reason I five-star them is their great customer service - I've been in to look at wood stoves, grills, and grilling gear, and they've gone well out if their way a couple times to make sure I was getting stuff that would work for me, once special-ordering an item. This place is far too expensive. Bags of wood pellets are $7.99 where other places are selling the same brand for $4.85. Everything is overpriced. Take your business elsewhere.
