Regret buying low quality $5000 LG coin-op units whcih already experienced problems in the first few months of use. Terrible customer service doesn't help. Buy Speen Queen - not LG coin-ops.
They are real quick to come take the money out of the machines but not to "fix" them. It has been months the machines have been down. The amount of mold on the inside of the machine is disgusting. NEVER USE THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!
UNSATISFIED long time customer. FIND A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER FOR EQUIPMENT. THEY WILL NOT FIX WHAT IS BROKEN and DO NOT ADDRESS FAULTY EQUIPMENT ON DELIVERY. If I could give 0 stars I would. We are struggling with the equipment we purchased from Yankee for our laundromat. When we first ordered it, it took over 5 months to receive. We ordered several LG washers with bases. For over three months, the laundry machines serviced by Yankee have been constantly malfunctioning. The location has 3 washers and 3 dryers, yet the dryers are almost always out of order. Instead of replacing the machines, Yankee repeatedly performs temporary repairs that do not last. The washing machines frequently fail to spin, leaving water trapped inside. The worst laundry stuff ever.They've been broken every time I've ever used them here.And when you want to get a refund, they make it sound like they're gonna give you a refund, and then they don't refund you.Also they don't come And fix the stuff and when you ask him about it , they make it seem like They're coming next week , but they never come or the guys on vacation will be back in they Never come and fix them and If they do it's like they take the out of order sign off and say fixed
