UNSATISFIED long time customer. FIND A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER FOR EQUIPMENT. THEY WILL NOT FIX WHAT IS BROKEN and DO NOT ADDRESS FAULTY EQUIPMENT ON DELIVERY. If I could give 0 stars I would. We are struggling with the equipment we purchased from Yankee for our laundromat. When we first ordered it, it took over 5 months to receive. We ordered several LG washers with bases. For over three months, the laundry machines serviced by Yankee have been constantly malfunctioning. The location has 3 washers and 3 dryers, yet the dryers are almost always out of order. Instead of replacing the machines, Yankee repeatedly performs temporary repairs that do not last. The washing machines frequently fail to spin, leaving water trapped inside. The worst laundry stuff ever.They've been broken every time I've ever used them here.And when you want to get a refund, they make it sound like they're gonna give you a refund, and then they don't refund you.Also they don't come And fix the stuff and when you ask him about it , they make it seem like They're coming next week , but they never come or the guys on vacation will be back in they Never come and fix them and If they do it's like they take the out of order sign off and say fixed

The worst experience ever with this company. DO NOT USE THEM. I bought a band new $5,000 washer and dryer with this company. As soon as the machines where delivered, my tenants notified me to tell me that the dyer was not working. I automatically called Yankee to send a tech out to see what's going on. After two days, a tech when to the property, and told me the dryer was working, and heat was coming from it. A day later, my tenant uses the dryer and tells me her clothes still are not drying.
