Ordered a dryer, it took 3 month to deliver. Service sucks, and they charge way way too much money.
It was the worst experience with this company last whole month of repairing the change machine. The technician of this company came to my place for 5 times to repair change machine but they never fixed the problem and I have to suffer whole month and half. Due to the same I lost so many my genuine customers and their business. Still they charge me every visit and never fixed the problem so I will not recommend this company to anyone anymore. Taking a minute to echoing all the other review, just want the public to know the bad service, communication, etc. is very much a trend and company standard for Yankee Equipment. These reviews aren't just one-offs or a few upset customers. Yankee Equipment should be used as a last resort after all competitors are contacted. Even a DYI YouTube video is a better option.
Regret buying low quality $5000 LG coin-op units whcih already experienced problems in the first few months of use. Terrible customer service doesn't help. Buy Speen Queen - not LG coin-ops.
They are real quick to come take the money out of the machines but not to "fix" them. It has been months the machines have been down. The amount of mold on the inside of the machine is disgusting. NEVER USE THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!
