If I could give ten stars, I would. I called Tom on a Sunday morning with big electrical problems -- freezing day, furnace not working -- I though I had blown a circuit breaker, but could not get power back. Tom came to my house within an hour, diagnosed that my problem was that one leg of service to my house was out. In the end, the power company had to come and fix the lines going to my house. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experiences have been. So conscientious, thorough, and knowledgeable. The work was explained clearly, the options available and the work was done right the first time. For me it is about finding someone I can trust and depend on, and who knows how to deal with the things you need like documentation, local agencies, coordinating with other work and how to get things done without excuses. A gem.
