Went in to get a back rack, bed rails and a tool box. Took their recommendation and paid in full, they said it would be 3 weeks. 7 weeks later after 2 calls, I go back to the store to ask where my order is at. They didn’t realize one item was back ordered so they had to order it from another supplier. Said it would take a week. 3 weeks later they let me know everything is in. Went in to find the most suitable option for my vehicle, while I have yet to actually make a decision on whether to go with Yankee Custom I wanted to leave a positive review for the awesome customer service provided to me by one of the mechanics Kyle. horrible attitude from the boy working behind the counter with the big holes in his earlobes. Will NEVER come back.. I wouldn’t trust him to repair!
