Great old school Inn You have to know that they are working for you and not other way around so being polite to working staff here and everywhere goes long way !
Very nice and clean bed and breakfast. The property has multiple structures; the main inn, a property across the street and one, 2 houses down. The views of the ocean are incredible. The staff is extremely friendly and the cooked to order breakfast was very tasty. It is located a bit outside of Rockport center.

What an absolute gem. We booked 4 nights to celebrate my partner's 60th birthday and loved every moment of it. We stayed in the flying cloud room in the main building and it was everything we hoped for. The room has an enclosed sun porch and an outside deck, both with amazing views. Keep in mind, this isn't a hotel, it's an inn. A large bed and breakfast style setup. Stayed in the Flying Cloud room. It was outstanding. Views amazing, spacious. Staff very attentive, breakfast cooked to order was very good.
