Great staff!
Don’t trust the employees to be of any help to you. The girl with the pink fading out of the tips of her hair told me they had no patchouli candles. You’d think she’d recommend others to me but she sure didn’t. She just looked at me blankly...so I walked out. Smart business, huh? I went on the Yankee Candle website and quite a few of their HOLIDAY (Christmas AND fall) candles, their highlighted/“flagship” candles, have patchouli in them. Visit this store for the first time Saturday ...manager carmen embarrassed me so bad in front of another customer due to the color of my skin.. unacceptable....all lives matter.. you don't want our money...put blacks no welcome sign up...don't embarrass us like you did...of course the customer that was there gonna take your side...I get it...God bless you anyway...
The store at Westminister Town Mall is fantastic. The staff is always very nice and friendly. They are ready to help you get exactly what you are looking for. Always a joy shopping there.
