The employees at the store were very welcoming. My family bought so many candles and they smell awesome. Definitely recommend going to the store.
The dark night. I went to yankee candle expecting for the two people I was with were going to purchase candles. It was a nice cool day and everything was going great. We walked in the Yankee Candle and immediately were greeted with friendly faces welcoming us. As we were browsing the aisles and smelling these amazing candles, BOOM! there was a black hornet that stung my face. The staff here are always very nice every time I come in! They have some good deals and usually great clearance section to browse. Very knowledgeable on scents and their selection as well.
Just want someone to know that Heather is an amazing associate. I called on 6/28/2024 with a request to help me find a candle without knowing its name and failing multiple times at searching on the website and broader internet for it. Within a couple of minutes of giving her the color, size, and fragrance notes, she found it for me. Heather went above and beyond and is a credit to the brand.
