Went to Yankee Candles today. They moved locations across the hall. The new store is super organized and the displays were beautiful. Tons of new scents and products to look at. Shoutout to Mike for all his help and making our visit enjoyable. He helped recommend candles, helped us sign up for the birthday rewards, and made the trip worthwhile. We will definitely be back soon.
Clean, organized store & friendly, knowledgeable associates. I can’t have a bad experience, though when incredibly soothing & mesmerizing fragrances are wafting through the air!
I’ve been getting Oil diffusers here for my small business for the past four years. And I noticed after the first year. The showroom became much more organized. Everything was well fronted on the shelves. The new manager really whipped that store into shape. I’m pretty sure his name is Mike , he’s doing an A+ job and his passion for store presentation is undeniable.
Jessica was amazing she helped me customize a candle in minutes and there was an half off special today !!!
The last time I visited Yankee candle was right before the covid at pandemic and right after I was trying to visit again I found out that my ability to smell anything was actually gone and I was very worried that it was going to be gone forever. Turns out that the disease actually injured instead of crippling my abilities so I lost the ability to smell anything for about 9 months which almost drove me crazy.
