I have loved Yankee candle for a long time. It was good to find they had a store close by
Ordered online to pick up in store. When I picked up no one told me there were only 2/5 candles in the bag. They had cancelled my order becz they didn’t have it stock but didn’t bother to let me know when I picked up. When I went home and found out i was missing candles I called the store and talked to Trinity who carelessly said your candles were cancelled and we sent you an email. I never got an email.
