I had such a great experience at this location. I had ordered a ceramic candle holder online, and when it showed up at my house, it was broken. It had been shipped in the internal box, and not placed in a shipping box. When I contacted Yankee Candle online to refund/replace, I was given the option to complete my transaction at a physical store.
