We went to the Wilton Boat Show and were interested in looking at a Tritoon pontoon boat. We had been looking for a “gently used” boat but after looking at these boats and discussing warranties we bought a leftover 2024. Brian Macduff was amazing to deal with! We also worked with John at the same time. We are looking forward to getting our new Godfrey Sweetwater Tritoon boat!
I have an 11 year old G23 Nautique. I am the 3rd owner, never spent a dollar at Yankee so when I called them on a possible warranty issue on the boat I expected they might not jump as I wasn't their customer and the boat was by no means a new boat. The service department was very helpful in contacting Nautique to see if the issue could be covered under warranty. Long story short, it was!
