First of all the lady at the front desk is rude. I asked her to call me and let me know when my orthotics came in. I went in today because I never got a phone call and she first told me they don't call people, then told me she tried to call me several times. Then said I'm not going to argue with you hahahaha. dont use yankee Bionics they at any location do not know what they are talking about. i schedualed an appointment for 10/9/24 i drove from Twinsburg all the way to Kent i fill out all the paper work and then the receptionist decides to call another office and see if the arch supports are covered the person said yes they are then for whatever reason she calls someone else ans they tell her no just covered if you are dibatic. i left disguested i called anthem and they are covered under my QMB even though im not dibatic. Very poor customer service they do not return phone calls you cannot get a hold of anybody in the office they only have one person manning the phone and that person is hardly in the office
