I appreciate it Yanke helping me out in a time crunch, but I only gave them three stars due to quality in pricing. I ordered two steel parts and the widths and lengths on both items were slightly off (vs the measurements I gave them). I was also quoted $90, but when I showed up to pick them up, they wanted to charge me $160 because they said it took longer than expected. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!! When two pieces are going to be over a grand, I’d expect to be for-warned. It was obvious that I was a fish out of water at Yankes. I was told my parts would take two weeks but no other information beyond that. My assumption was that I would be contacted with some estimate or any updates, since all I provided was my phone number. I intentionally waited an extra two weeks to give them some time, considering how busy the foreman seemed. When I called, I was told my parts had been done for a while and to... read more

When two pieces are going to be over a grand, I’d expect to be for-warned. It was obvious that I was a fish out of water at Yankes. I was told my parts would take two weeks and after a month I called and was told they had been done for a while. Financially, this has devastated me and I can’t believe how cold they were. I chose this shop because of their deep Boise history. I took my parts back and we will see if I’m refunded my money.
