I called in today and spoke with Misty. She was very helpful and kind. She listened to what I had to say and was very accommodating when setting up an appointment.
Great staff and equipment, could be a bit faster in making appointments and getting medical approval.
The staff was great… I the problem I have is the new inserts are not made out of the same material that the old ones were…. I been getting insets from them for years because they was so comfortable …. My new ones are like standing on a piece of wood…. Very disappointed!
Very helpful and understanding, the front desk has professional staff and respectful. And my orthopedic is a master at f his work.
