Kala is awesome and very professional. She makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel like you can do anything with time patience and hardwork. I recommend her to anyone. She made me a custom brace with offloading orthotic for my huge 14e foot.
My father, James T. Kelly MD, visited this location. Kayla Gilhousen and Gabba at the front desk were very kind. From the front check-in window to the treat room, there was professionalism and compassion. Excellent service!
Kayla was pleasant and helpful. Answered my questions. Assured me at anytime my orthotics need trimmed or adjusted she would be happy to take of it. Was honest about the service life of foam vs.hard plastic. She even recovered my hard plastic orthotics so I have a pair for my work boots and and pair for my street shoes. Thank you very much
They change my appointment because the tech is sick. Then won't get me in for another month.
