I had an excellent experience with Dr. Yaniv Chen. From my very first appointment, he was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed. I especially appreciated how proactive he was in ordering the appropriate tests quickly, which helped move the evaluation process along without unnecessary delays. We were very disappointed with Dr Chen. We waited months to get in to see him with my Mom who has dementia. During the visit he didn’t even want to come in the room to see her. He had his assistant tell me there is nothing we can do for you. Then told my stepdad to find a home for her. He was very unprofessional and the experience was very disheartening.
