I cannot say enough good things about this faculty and the people here. While on vacation, my son and I were looking for a place to lift and we were welcomed here as if we were 10 year members. Do not hesitate to visit whether you’re local or just passing through.
I come up here from the city a few times a year. Definitely better for anyone looking for a quick pump or full on workout. Has all the basics. Affordable day passes and the owner Yanick is a great guy!
Chill relaxed atmosphere fun classes and good equipment. Helpful owner. The entire place doesn't stare at you when you walk in.
