This have been the only place that I live and the people that work in the office actually cares. I am 77 year old and they have really been here for me. I can actually tell you that if you ever encounter any problem dealing with where you live they will help you if you are not the one in the wrong.
Kirk and Michelle have been superb. Kirk seems to have a specialist for every facet of home repair. I have great confidence that any issues are dealt with swiftly and repairs done the right way. I highly recommend Oceans Resales for property management needs.

Oceana got me into my new home last December. My agent, Kirk, has been so helpful throughout the process of securing my move in & after. He has availed himself to respond to concerns as they arise. From needing a new hood vent in my rental to addressing an inappropriate action by the HOA, he's handled it all. I lived in Orange County all my life, so making a move to San Marcos came with many challenges, but Kirk and his team have gone above & beyond to service both the owners & myself.
