I've been to this traditional Chinese medicine shop several times now, and I am consistently impressed with the outstanding service. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. What I appreciate most is their approach to sales. There is absolutely no pressure to buy anything. They take the time to listen to your needs and make thoughtful recommendations that are truly for the customer's benefit. Had a horrible experience there. Wanted to buy a small portion of herbs and the saleswoman keeps on pushing me to buy the whole box. I rejected and when check out they declined Apple pay. Only cash. Then I offered to pay 3% transaction fee, they were like you have to pay an extra dollar ! In a word, they don’t care about your needs or customer experience, they just want to grind as much as possible from each customer! Will never return to this crazy spot.
