If I were able to give a zero star I would, but unfortunately I cant. This is our 3rd visit with Dr. Yang and our very first visit with him went very wrong. He was rude when it came to us being concerned about my mother's health, when it came time for us to ask questions. He did not want to answer our questions and responded with he is the doctor and he can choose to walk out and see us or not. Ok Doctor, substandard office staff. I've been a patient of Dr. Yang for many years. He is a good solid Doctor but his office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Every appointment requires two visits, one to pick up a lab slip and another to see the Doctor. They will not fax the lab slip to the lab I've requested, not sure why, all the other medical professionals I see, (and they are a lot) do it. Perhaps they can't run a fax machine. I went Dr. yang very scared, some reason my reading went down, I went to the doctor, he listened to me with big smile & determined what might could make this reading go down so fast, so he change my medication I was taking. month later I went to him with blood work, he came inside with big smile & told me everything went back to normal. the medicine i was taking was not working with body. i am so glad & happy I CALLED him SUPERMAN OF HANFORD,HE SMILED BIG AGAIN . end of the day I guess we need somebody who listened to us & g... read more
Dr Yang is a very intelligent and thorough physician. I am extremely fortunate to receive medical treatment from him but unfortunately his office staff is so terrible and rude that I can not tolerate having to even converse with one in peticular that I can no longer patronize his office because of this person's unwillingness to conduct herself in an even somewhat professional manner and should get health for herself from a medical professional.
