If you want a most incompetent, stupid management ( Amy ) and couldn't care less about the health insurance claim process then this is the one for you. They give you the wrong claim number for NIB at least and let you figure it out yourself. I did all the transaction fixing up myself with no compensation offered. Don't take any notice about the five star ratings as they probably write them themselves. The low ones like this are the the truth.
