If you have a parent with dementia don’t count on her to evaluate them using standardized measures. She has done a great disservice to our family
Started out good, but office staff rude and disrespectful. Dr. Yang also changed her tune, ignoring what my symptoms/concerns were and echoing another McLaren physicians incorrect diagnosis, without checking anything One McLaren Dr. wont contradict another, and you go home and suffer. I worked a job for 37 years where I handled the phones, and would never dream of being as rude and disrespectful as her staff were. Good place to stay away from
My name is Ron Yerrick I am a patient of Dr Yang I have PTSD along with a closed head injury from an auto accident . Since my accident I have seen many doctors but DR Yang is the only one that has sat down and listen to me and she gives me the best health care I have ever had from a simple medical issue to helping me with managing my PTSD . Dr. Yang is by far the best! She truly cares, actually listens to you, & takes your decisions/opinions into consideration when prescribing medication &/or procedure(s)/test(s). Due to changing jobs, I lost my health insurance at the beginning of 2017. When I found out Dr. Yang was not in network w/ any of the plans offered in the healthcare exchange program, I decided to go with Cobra. Although it is significantly more expensive, it is worth it to me because I am able to keep my amazing doctor!
It's sad because I love Dr. Yang and I've been with her for years but her staff is awful. They are so rude it makes you scared to ask anything. I'm going to look for a new Dr. It's just not worth it to me to go there anymore with a staff that treats you like garbage!
Office staff is impossible to get thru.
