Thanks Jose Yanez Heating & Air for fitting me into your schedule to do a summer maintenance check. Your professional service, recommendations and going the extra mile to put my mind at ease was really appreciated. The price was also very reasonable and affordable.

Jose did a wonderful job identifying and correcting leaks in the lines on our two mini-split units. He was flexible with scheduling and had great communication. He even followed up afterwards to make sure the repairs corrected the problem.

Fast service. I called at 5:30P. He made it out within the hour. Fair price and very friendly. He was able to find the leak in my system and clearly explained the issues and reason for issues. Could not recommend enough. Honest work, honest pay.

My AC unit outside was short cycling so I called Jose at Yanez AC. He came out and found that my unit had been overcharged with freon by another company that had worked on my unit. He put on the gauges and said there was too much pressure. He took out some freon and adviced of other possible issues but thank God the unit has been working great ever since. Thank you Jose.
