I shopped here for the second time today and was again pleasantly greeted and assisted with my purchase. The owner is very friendly and the customer service was excellent. She even helped me by recommending a product to help maintain my specific style. I'm proud to shop here and Iappreciate the opportunity to support this amazing black-owned business!

It's a welcoming environment. Great customer service....very clean and space to shop and look for your items. Sometimes you end up purchasing more than what you came in to get. Great parking in a great area....id shop with them if I were you....I do

It's very disheartening to see a Black business with outstanding customer service and store appearance belittled and spoken of negatively because one person who didn't get their way made false claims. I personally know the owner, a classy and upstanding woman, who dreamed of opening a beauty supply store in an underserved community. To the woman who lied, saying the place is unclean with rodents and in a sketchy area: that is far from the truth, and you should be ashamed of yourself for trying to damage someone's reputation ... read more

I frequent this store often and have experienced consistent great customer service. The variety of products is great and not cramped into a small spot like in other hair supply stores.
