Most disgusting services i have ever had. After my precious dog was put down,I decided to get her cremated thay told me that 2 days I would be contacted, after 10 days i rang the pet crematorium to find out where my dog was she replied we don't have her here. So I rang the vet to find out that she was still there and was forgotten about. Never again will I leave a pet at a vet to rely on their protocol failing. A very heart broken family.
Unfortunately I have to say it. You forgot my loving furbaby. Over 2 weeks and no word after choosing regrettably to send her over the rainbow. Vets forgot to ring crematorium. 😥😢 My partner rang crematorium and they have not heard of anything regarding our furbaby from vets. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKE ANY FURBABIES, FEATHER BABYS OR SCALE PETS TO THIS VET EVER
