I have been ordering from this company for the past 3 years with no problems. Last order paid and shipped out on Feb. 5 2022. The past three weeks I placed 2 orders and have yet to receive my product. I have called and the mailbox is full, I filled out the contact form twice, and sent an email, and no one answers the phone during their business hours 10am to 5pm. I ordered hair from this company on March 6, 2022. I called the number listed and the recording stated the voicemail was full. I sent an inquiry/email through the website and never received any feedback or response about my order. I even requested a refund because I got tired of waiting. I still haven't heard anything. This rarely happens to me so at this point, I am being honest about this horrible company. I WILL NEVER, EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
