I’m so happy and amazed by the work of Yancy’s Heating and Air. I live in a middle unit two floor condo that is difficult to setup AC. Rick came out and proposed an excellent solution using a 3 zone Daikin mini-split heat/air system that works great throughout our entire house and he also kept all the lines hidden so it looks great too. Our home is now super comfortable. I highly recommend Yancy’s for all your heating and air needs for their superior work and honestly.

Rick replaced our old furnace with a Navien Combi unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable about our options. His price was very fair and he had it installed in a reasonable amount of time. The system works great! A few weeks later, the hot water tank in my mothers house, leaked all over the cellar. Her furnace was also very old so I called Rick. Despite the fact that his family was due to go on vacation very shortly, the day before they left, he spent 12 hours installing the same unit at this house just so we would ... read more

Check his work after hes done. He decided not to use insulated ductwork in my attic for both bathroom fans. All the condensation just built up in my ductwork and attic. I had to get up there and repair it myself using insulated ductwork. Its a small space, which is why i was reluctant to do it myself. He did a good job installing the vent holes outside in my wall which is why this isnt a 1 star review.
