I have been a patient here since I moved into the area. Everyone here have always been truly helpful and thoughtful towards me. In Particular Dr Sangita Thomas, Julie at reception (and Julie's colleagues) the phlebotomy nurse, who's name escapes me, the nurses and everone involved in the smooth running of this practice. Thank you all.
Great clinic. I'm always able to get an appointment a day away. Rarely have to wait long to be seen.
Dr was dismissive, spoke over me when explaining my case, uncooperative, and refused to call the WA Department of Health, in spite of me booking a long appointment and only needing her to verify who I was so I could speak to them/open my medical file for clarity on a prescription issue. She claimed “they’ll ask questions”, which yes that’s the point, I also have questions. I was in and out within 3 minutes.
