Very helpful and friendly cat rental store. Always put customers first
If I could give 6 stars I would. I usually don't leave reviews either way, but I had to for my experience with Yancey Rents in Macon and dealing with my rental rep Logan. Sorry if this is a long review. I have rented smaller equipment (Skid steers & Mini-Exs) before from private owner-operators, but I needed a Dozer and Mini-Ex with hammer for my project. I thought going through a large operation like Yancey that customer service would be lacking and getting the equipment delivered on time may be a problem. This couldn't be ... read more

If you’re renting, look no further than Yancey Rents! Those guys are first class over there and if there’s a problem with the machine, they will get you back up and running ASAP! Highly recommend these guys and their field service guy Charlie is the real deal!!
