As a renter, this is the worst property management company I have ever leased from. They will lie to you, treat you like dirt, and they will try to kick you out early if the owners are too dumb to get repairs done properly. They will also keep every penny of your deposit, and you will have to take them to court to get it back. They will harass you and call you at all hours to yell at you if they don't like the tone of an email. To the best realtor in Charlotte NC Omar gorham he is a real one . He was always available when I needed him , he push me more than I pushed myself ! I would say he care genuinely to make sure me and my kids got into a good neighborhood which really meant a lot to me .
