We are so grateful to Yancey Home Care for always providing the medical equipment we needed in a timely, courteous manner, when my mother was in Hospice care. I am especially grateful to Stannon. My mother was is real need of a hospital bed on a Friday afternoon. The dispatcher made arrangements with him to deliver it on Friday evening, rather than on Monday. Summary: Horrible company. Yancey Home Care aka GlobalMed. Details: Hospice transitioned to Palliative care as my father's health situation improved ever so slightly from "still terminal" to not imminently and actively dying. In less than 24 hrs, GlobalMed sent a driver to pick up the hospital bed my 90 year old, father with dementia was sleeping on, bedside table and bed alarm without any notice or scheduling at all!!
