How about stating somehwere online that youre training and closing early eh? So people dont waste gas and time getting there just after 3 to a closed window when youre supposed to close at 5. I need a permit for a well gone dry and this is what I get to work with? Phone tag? Never answering when I call? I hope this training is for more people to answer the phone and be there till close. Good lord!!

I've been trying to contact the WIC department for a week now because I missed a important phone call that was scheduled to speak about my son which is completely my fault. I missed the appointment over the phone but tried calling back immediately that day! I haven't had anyone touch base with me since. I've called 3 or 4 times since last week and left voice mails. My son now has lost WIC and has no benefits.... & still can't seem to get ahold of anyone. Luckily I have family to help get my son formula.

Thank you to Amy Shuford for being both competent AND comforting while talking me through how to access a mammogram when my health insurance doesn’t have an adequate provider network and I also don’t qualify for certain assistance programs. She took away half the stress of the problem just by being kind and treating me like a human instead of something to check off her list, and she also made a helpful suggestion that got me closer to getting the care I need.
