Customer service in parts is extremely slow and terrible communication.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but folks deserve to know what they're getting into. We may be a smaller company, but we've had the worst customer service experience with our machines through Yancey Equipment in Austell. Dealing with Faith has been frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor, getting updates felt like pulling teeth, and when we needed help, it seemed like our concerns were always pushed to the side.
