It's hard to place any good value on my experience with Yancey as a company. I took my equipment there for a warranty repair and spent days asking if they could simply let me know when I might get my equipment back. I only wanted to know for planning purposes. I needed to know because I had projects that needed this one piece of equipment to do the job. I did not pressure them to get it back to me. I called and set up a rental for a skidsteer through Yancey Bros. The company I work for was on a tight schedule, so I made it clear that we needed it on Monday. They told me they would have it delivered on that Monday between 10 and 11. It was never delivered, so I called to follow up on why it was never delivered. The guy told me that it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, not Monday. Which was not the case. Throughout the day, they continued pushing back the time it would be delivered.
