Through a dealership they ordered a motor from Yancey starting off they said it had a 12/12 warranty and that these motors where tested. Got the first motor it was worse then the motor I already had in my vehicle currently. Asked to send the motor back and just cancel transaction due to them turning around and then stating it only had a 90 day parts warranty and this being a European motor. Horrible communication and business practice. Making a customer wait two months for a refund is outrageous it makes other businesses they deal with or work with look bad giving 1 star is not even deserved
