Food was okay. There was a hair in our sashimi salad, finger prints on utensils and didn't receive the right change when paying in cash. Service was great, but we wouldn't go back for the reasons listed. No hate, just concern.
Exceptional service by all the staff members, Dan was our server and he was amazing. Food is incredible, the fish is so fresh, the rolls are amazing. You will not be disappointed. My fav sushi place in Dublin so far!
Cleanliness out side and in bathrooms are not met. I hope inside the kitchen the base boards don’t look like the outside. Salads are not made desirables and wasabi not as firm and green as before. Ginger placed without any panache in the litttle bowl . Over all won’t come back.
Food was good, but encountered unacceptable customer service. We came in for lunch (3 adults, 2 toddlers) and ordered $92 worth of food. The food itself was good, but the overall experience was ruined by the service at the end. When our bill arrived, an 18% automatic gratuity was added, bringing the total to over $107. We asked if they accepted Apple Pay, but they said no. Rather than making a hassle, we gathered all the cash we had on us, which came to $105—leaving $92 for the bill, full tax, and a $13 cash tip (around 14%)... read more
