Gone to his head – We were regulars and the prices kept crawling up with each visit. He forgot who made him. No one is self made and thank you should be in more than words alone, especially at a sushi restaurant
Good sushi for a great price I love going out for sushi but often my wallet is feeling a bit thin afterwards. Not at Yanagi's. The restaurant is far enough away from downtown that it does not get crowded too quickly. The sushi is really good and I always leave completely stuffed. They are family friendly. The best part is the check will not leave you feeling squeezed.
A great place for the family this small and quaint Japanese restaurant is a very family friendly place with creative and very tasty meals. The sushi is always fresh and delicious and the staff is always welcoming.
Yanagi Sushi: It's all about the rolls! If you want creative sushi with flair, Yanagi's is the place to go. Their enormous roll creations are beautiful and delicious. The atmosphere is nice but tends to be very noisy. Yanagi Sushi is small and fills up quickly so go early if you don't want to wait for a seat!
Yummy Good sushi, decent prices. Usually I prefer the more traditional, truly Japanese restaurants but this place does a good job. They have a lot of creative rolls, a big menu and fun atmosphere. It's not the place for a quiet meal, especially after 7pm. Packed with college kids, music can be loud, we still enjoy it. They have great lunch specials.
THE best sushi anywhere. – I have been going to Yanagi since they opened in 2003. Since it was my last year of college, I went there about once a week. I took all my friends there. I took out-of-town visitors. I have since moved out of state, but just recently went back with my boyfriend while we were in town for the weekend.
