I have been requesting my medical records to be transferred to a new physician a I have moved. I have been requesting a form from the office for 6 week now to be sent to my home. I began my request December 12th and have yet to receive the form January 23rd. I have requested the form be sent 4 times. I moved from North of Boston to South Shore and is why I would like to see a physician in my area.
Wonderful doctor, staff and office! They take their time with you and care.
