Dr. Yana Parker and her staff are wonderful... I had yet another endoscopy, and everyone was wonderful, from the admitting person (who's name unfortunately I did not get); to Cheston, the pre-procedure nurse, who not only told me everything he was doing, but started an IV I didn't not feel, and assured my comfort; to Matt, the anesthesiologist, who addressed all that I might possibly experience while under anesthesia, and accompanied me to the procedure room, where the rest of the staff helped me into position, and Matt admi... read more
Clinical service has always been top notch! From receptionist to nurses/attendants to the CNP/Doctors. Very professional. Admin has sometimes been challenging- would get a call to schedule something due to a received referral, then call back only to be told no referral in system. Invest many calls to try to resolve before getting it straight.
Excellent. She takes the time to listen and orders appropriate testing.
Every step was well explained and all of the medical staff were comforting, respectful, and caring. Unfortunately I did wake up in the middle of the procedure, but that isn't why I gave only 3 stars. I never received a follow up call. I was told that I would be getting a call about a week after the procedure to provide results from some testing. Over 2 weeks later and I haven't heard a peep. I'm going to have to call them to find out my results now. I would have easily left a 5 star review otherwise.
