This woman is so dismissive with any questions or concerns. Doesn’t have the courtesy to speak to you. She will always have her nurse or another administrative employee speak to you.
I walked out of my surgery 45 mins ago and had to write this. Dr. Etkin, Joanne, and the rest of the staff was absolutely incredible. I had an extremely painful surgery for my vericose veins, that I could not have gotten through without the amazing support from them. Joann is so patience and gentle walked me through all of it, as well as everyone else in the staff. I CANNOT recommend them more.
