Great experience with Dr. Luo. The office staff was friendly and efficient, and she really took her time during the appointment. I felt listened to, not rushed, and she explained everything clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a thoughtful and thorough primary care doctor.
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Luo. From the very first appointment, I felt genuinely heard, respected, and cared for. She takes the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. It’s rare to find a physician who combines deep medical knowledge with such compassion and warmth.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Luo. She exudes compassion and attentively listened to my concerns, offering reassuring words. Surprisingly, I only had a brief 2-minute wait before being promptly called back by the medical assistant. I appreciated that Dr. Luo didn’t make me feel rushed, which is a common issue I found with other providers. Dr. Luo also thoroughly educated me about the various treatment options and actively involved me in discussing my treatment plan and my thoughts.
Dr. Luo has been my primary care provider since 2017. From bedside manner to thoroughness every visit has been everything and more than a positive experience. She even reaches out on her days off to go over labs or pertinent information with you which tells you how much she cares. I also appreciate her going over what insurances may not cover to avoid accruing extra costs which has happened to be in the past with other providers when they bill out. I recently moved to NJ and was in the search of a primary care physician. I made an appointment with Dr Yan Mei Luo and unfortunately I had a bad experience. I booked my annual check up and when she walked into the room, the first thing she told me was “Your insurance will not cover for these.” Mind you, this was my first time meeting her.
