30 min after my appointment, I went up to the front desk and check what’s going on, the lady simply replied ‘ want me to cancel your appointment?’ It’s not the first time I’ve experienced this delay and BAD customer service. The same front desk lady is Rude and no time for the patient.
Dr.Duan is very Knowledgeable and always follow up on the Lab results and medicine refill. Never have any issue. She is easy to communicate, too . We trust her professional expertise.
Oh yikes! Could not even get an appointment booked with Dr. Duan because her front desk was so aggressively rude. Firstly, she sits behind a closed window that has a note not to tap because she can see you. So you just stand there for a long time until she decides to open the window and act like you woke her up from a nap. She is groggy, and dismissive for no reason. Dr Duan is a fine doctor but the service of the front desk is god awful. Unbelievably rude people I don’t understand how she has any patients left. After multiple arguments with the front desk girls and not being able to see my Dr for an entire month sometimes I will be changing pcp. It’s unfortunate because I really like Dr. Duan.
Unbelievable bad service. Had to schedule my time off a week before my appointment after receiving confirmation from the office. And they called me 24 hours before my appointment saying that spot was taken a year ago, you should not have seen it and have to reschedule. The doctor is good. Such terrible service from the office!
