So so disappointed. Arrived at my appointment late due to route closures, I called to give them a heads up and make sure it was still okay to come in. Once I arrived they cancelled both my ultrasound and pregnancy confirmation appointment. It’s frustrating since I called to confirm and just more frustrating due to me driving out my way to come here, and my husband taking the day off. Dr. Chen went above and beyond to help my soon-to-be married daughter deal with a surgical issue that was time sensitive. She patiently took the time to hear and answer our questions and address all our concerns. I know she was busy, so to have her listen to our concerns and help us in the understanding of my daughter's condition was beyond helpful. Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable and polite. She cares so much about her patients. She takes her time to explain every procedures in details. Again, she pays attention to all my concerns and answered it accordingly. Such an incredible Dr.
Dr. Chen is wonderful! She is kind, attentive, and takes the time to really listen to her patients. She makes you feel comfortable and cared for at every visit. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate OBGYN.
Showed up over an hour late, did not address ongoing problem, prescribed me what I could have gotten online for $30, did no in depth testing. Told me what I already knew. Helped me in no way whatsover. She does have good bedside manners but if you need anything other than prenatal care or birth control then don’t waste your time.
