Save yourself the nightmare. They broke my TV, lost my laptop, and showed zero care for my home or belongings. Their so-called “manager” told me to take it up with their legal department. How is this company even allowed to operate?Â
They broke my bed frame, scratched my refrigerator, and lost a box filled with family heirlooms. They didn’t care one bit. Their team had zero communication, and the driver got lost despite having GPS. What kind of moving company doesn’t know how to follow directions? Worst part: they still overcharged me by hundreds of dollars. Pure nightmare.Â
Complete disaster from start to finish. The movers were hours late, incredibly slow, and seemed totally untrained. They didn’t bring any supplies and used MY packing tape and blankets. Several boxes went missing, and nobody is returning my calls. I feel robbed. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and telling everyone I know to stay far away.Â
Horrific experience. The movers acted like they were doing me a favor instead of a paid job. They broke my glass table, scratched my hardwood floors, and dropped a box labeled “fragile” right in front of me. When I complained, they rolled their eyes and told me to take it up with the office. Never again. I wouldn’t wish this moving company on my worst enemy.Â
They quoted me one price over the phone and then doubled it on the day of the move. I felt completely trapped. They held my furniture hostage in the truck until I paid up. To make matters worse, half my items were scratched or broken, and one box never even made it to the destination. The people in the office are rude, unhelpful, and defensive. Avoid them at all costs.Â
