She sublet to me , accused me of non payment and unreal and unreasonable demands- truly thought she was a friend- she goes through people like water- watch your back I started a civil suit against her , she backed off I had proof and witnesses I was just shocked at her behavior

My husband and I were referred to Yamuna by a family member who works in real estate when we decided to make the move to Portland earlier this year. Knowledgeable and patient . Yamuna knows the market, and takes time to know her clients as well. She helped me tour my outlier neighborhoods to eliminate search areas. When the perfect house in my target neighborhood came on the market, Yamuna helped me craft the right offer, and she knew excellent people for the inspections. She pursued addendums and made sure I got into the house of my dreams in a tight market. Professional and personable, I’d work with Yamuna again the next time I want to buy or sell a home.

Not this clown's first rodeo! Yamuna Benedict has served us well, yet again. She got our house sold for our asking price and in a timely manner, despite the current state of the housing market.
