I recently had a much higher electric bill than usual. The cause was the snow melt system that I erroneously thought had been off. I was in contact with Graham Weaver who looked at our system and power usage according to time and date. He communicated his findings clearly and followed up with further information. I’m very pleased with attention given to me.
I have moved out of my old place and I am still getting billed by this company and I already turned off everything I called them to let them know that I was moving and they wanted to tell me that they have no record of me in the system that I have moved and it's been over a year so I really don't like this company but ever since I moved and I paid my last bill and they want to say to me that I did not pay my last bill in October of 2024 but I know that's bullshit because I wasn't living in that place until October I have mov... read more
Frequent outages, little to no communication when an outages occurs, 9 to 1 hours, horrible customer service, and 40 below zero nights is a winning combination. Monopoly turn nightmare for the entire community.
We lost power and I tried calling customer support. I got thrown in a queue as others were experiencing the same problem. I appreciated that they told me what place in line we were, but the garbled advertisements between the music has got to stop. I didn’t have the patience to stay on the line to even hear when the problem would be remediated.
YVEA raises prices and adds extra fees again. I wish they weren’t the only option for electric.
