THE DENTAL END OF THIS INSURANCE IS CRAP. THEY DENY EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR EXTRACTIONS OF TEETH AND MAYBE A COUPLE LITTLE FEELINGS. THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR A CROWN THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR POST AND BUILD UP. AND THE GENTLE DENTAL WILL NOT EVEN GIVE YOU ANY CODEINE FOR BROKEN TOOTH AND MAKE YOU WAIT 4 MONTHS JUST TO GET IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT. BECAUSE I CAN'T GET IN AND GET MY TEETH TAKEN CARE OF I'M CURRENTLY LOSING MORE TEETH THAN THEY'RE SAVING. Horrible people, Horrible organization. Won't return phone calls Customer service reps laugh at your problems(LITERALLY LOL ON PHONE) Their grievance department is set up to protect themselves. You'll end up on the phone with OHP's Salem big office. This is not a good company and it SEEMS like they are there to deny payments and care instead of helping.
Hard pressure to apply for 50 minutes. Would not run my application until I gave my banking info. Said I had to give banking info right now or wait until next year to apply again. Would not let me review anything or talk it over with my wife tonight and call back tomorrow. Felt like I was at a used car lot.
The staff is extremely unhelpful. I asked for some services to be put in writing. Because of my disabilities. They refused and said we don't do that.
Denied my son for every single service we have received so far. Including his 12 month booster shots.
