My husband sees Dr Rashaid, and I am very happy with the care he receives. Dr is very thorough, and also very down to earth. Tells us how it is but also respects our decisions. The staff is also quick to answer questions and concerns.
I guess thier time is more valuable then mine. Arrived 15 mins early. Waited 30 mins to be called from office waiting room . An hour after appointment time doc finally came in. Wound up over hearing them talking about about the doc running an hour late in haway. Why not warn us. Doctor was nice. Little in a hurry. Over an hour wait for a 5 min talk. Comminocation goes along ways.You all were given courtsey he was running an hr late why not gives us the same.
I do not recommend this office. I haven’t received communication, follow up, or recommendations regarding multiple blood work draws. Communication is poor with staff and the doctor does not review the results. Very terrible and costly experience.
